Brady Worldwide Inc. in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Sr. Manager, Americas Operations & Global FP&A - IDS to lead financial planning, reporting and strategic analysis for the IDS segment.

You will partner with the VP of Operations and Divisional CFO, oversee cost accounting, inventory, standard costing, and global consolidations, while mentoring a multinational finance team. This role drives budgeting, forecasting, 3-year planning, and delivers insights through QlikView and BI tools, ensuring US-GAAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 8–10 years of progressive financial analysis and operating finance experience.
• 3+ years of leadership managing direct reports across sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Operations and plant management to drive operations finance globally.
• Oversee cost accounting, variance analysis, and standard costing.
• Lead global FP&A consolidation and monthly MOR decks.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and 3-year strategic planning.
• Develop dashboards and analytics using QlikView and BI tools.
• Ensure US-GAAP and SOX controls across regions and plants.
• Mentor an international finance team and drive process improvements.
• Support M&A activities and strategic initiatives.
