Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in finance, analytics, or business consulting.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, accounting, and monthly close.
• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance with GAAP knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior leaders.
• Experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning, analysis, and decision support to senior leaders across the International Global Technology segment.
• Prepare quarterly financial forecasts, profitability analysis, variance analysis, and project reporting.
• Partner with Global Technology and U.S. segment finance on reporting and planning for growth.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to align forecasts with global targets and structures.
• Develop dashboards and BI to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
