Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting Global Force Management (GFM), force sourcing, force allocation, readiness, or operational planning activities within the Department of War.
- 4+ years supporting Joint, Combatant Command, Service, or Space Force planning activities, including JPP, APEX, campaign or contingency planning.
- 1+ years integrating space capabilities into joint operations, supporting geographic Combatant Commands.
- Knowledge of GFM policies and authorities governing force assignment, allocation, apportionment, and employment.
- Ability to analyze force requirements, readiness, and operational risk for global force employment and synchronization.
- Ability to coordinate across Combatant Commands, Military Services, Joint Staff, Space Force, and partners.
- Ability to prepare executive-level briefings, decision papers, and written products for senior leaders.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% and TS/SCI clearance.
Responsibilities
- Support Global Force Management activities and space force planning within the DoD.
- Coordinate with Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and Space Force organizations to synchronize efforts.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
