Job summary
Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Global Force Management Analyst to develop solutions for global crisis response, contingency planning, and Marine operations support. You will apply analytical rigor to mission requirements and sustainment of crisis response capabilities aligned with National Defense Strategy objectives.

Qualifications
- Experience with Force Deployment Planning and Execution ( FDP & E ).
- Experience with global force management at the component, Combatant Command, or Joint Staff level; ensure deployment plans align with Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD).
- Experience with Global Synchronization Analysis Management Planning System ( GSAMPS ).
- Experience with reviewing operational requirements for military forces, planning mission assurance requirements, conducting feasibility assessments ( FA ), and developing sourcing recommendations.
- Knowledge of DoW missions, functions, and interrelationships between the DoW, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and the interagency community to support development and implementation of command-wide policies, programs, procedures, and strategies for global force management.
- Knowledge of USMC force posture, capabilities, and enablers in support of DoD resource allocation.
- HS diploma or GED

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
