Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in footwear, product testing, product development, engineering, marketing, retail, athletics, customer service, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Development, Engineering, Sports Science, Marketing, or related field; any suitable combination accepted.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, data analysis, statistical reporting, and spreadsheet-based database management.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end footwear testing process to ensure fit, comfort and performance.
• Turn athlete and consumer feedback into actionable insights for product teams.
• Manage test planning, participant recruitment, product distribution, data collection, analysis, reporting and program management.
• Build relationships with creators, testers and consumers to gather meaningful feedback and insights.
• Partner with Development, Engineering, Design and Marketing to evaluate performance and drive improvements.
• Analyze results to identify trends and performance concerns before production.
• Provide guidance on materials and construction to meet performance goals.
• Coordinate testing across global partners in Boston, Shanghai and Italy; manage timelines and inventories.
• Conduct on-campus and field-based testing with consumers to capture authentic feedback.
