Newly Weds Foods is seeking a Systems Manager to lead the governance and maintenance of master data for formula, ingredients, labels, and manufacturing. You will drive data standards, partner with IT and business teams, and propel system improvements for compliant, efficient operations.

The role requires 10+ years in food data or systems, strong leadership, ERP experience, and excellent communication. The position is hybrid with on-site and remote elements at the Bryn Mawr location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, information systems, or related field.
• Ten+ years of relevant food industry, data, or systems experience.
• Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with data governance, master data, data quality, and process controls.
• Strong data analysis, project management, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP or manufacturing systems, reporting tools, Excel, and Word.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Systems team and set priorities, performance expectations, and service standards.
• Own governance for formula, ingredient, label, and manufacturing master data.
• Maintain and enforce systems policies, procedures, and data quality requirements.
• Monitor data accuracy and process performance and drive improvements.
• Partner with IT and business functions to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Lead data integration, validation, and migration across operating systems.
• Use data analysis and reporting to communicate performance to senior management.
• Develop and maintain role-based training for Systems staff and data users.
• Travel approximately 10–20% to support operations and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
