Job summary

AmeriGas Propane, Inc. seeks a Manager for Sourcing and Category Management (Fleet) to lead the Fleet & Freight Category globally. You will design category plans, analyze spend, and guide supplier selection following UGI's sourcing process.

You will partner with BU stakeholders, drive value through competitive sourcing, and manage RFP/RFQ processes and contract execution with legal and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and project management.
• Minimum 2 years of Category Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategy, including spend analysis and supplier segmentation.
• Lead RFI/RFP/RFQ activities, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contracting.
• Own supplier relationship management and quarterly business reviews.
