Quality Talent Group is seeking a Finance Reporting Specialist to build and maintain consolidated financial statements for multiple entities within our global consumer health organization. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and collaboration with external auditors.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 5+ years in financial reporting or public accounting, advanced Excel skills, and expertise with multi-entity accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or public accounting.
• Experience with consolidated financial reporting and multi-entity accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement preparation.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial reports using various accounting software platforms.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements for multiple legal entities and subsidiaries.
• Support external audit activities throughout the audit cycle.
• Monitor and report on bank covenant compliance on a regular basis.
• Support budget preparation and variance analysis.
