Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Finance Training & Communication Coordinator to coordinate global finance training initiatives, manage knowledge platforms, and provide tools to help finance teams grow.

This role emphasizes communication and organizational processes and involves partnering with senior finance leaders, maintaining SharePoint, and creating dashboards to track training progress and share insights.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and spoken English; present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Proven experience coordinating projects, events, or training programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint; ability to build basic reports or dashboards.
• Ability to interact professionally with senior management globally.
• Proactive self-starter who organizes people and information in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior Finance Leaders and SMEs to identify training needs and deliver high-impact global training sessions.
• Own and maintain SharePoint sites and other knowledge systems for accurate, accessible training materials.
• Create simple Power BI dashboards or presentations to track training progress and share performance insights.
• Work with internal communications to promote finance achievements and training milestones.
• Facilitate workshops to drive process improvement and share best practices within the finance community.
