Job summary

Brunswick in Mettawa, IL is seeking a Global Finance Systems Analyst to support Oracle EPM-based reporting across the enterprise. You will work with Finance, Accounting, and IT to ensure accurate monthly and quarterly close, develop reports and dashboards, and help optimize EPM processes.

The role requires a solid background in Oracle EPM and SQL, 2+ years in financial systems, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset. Hybrid work ensures three days in the office each week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, BIS, or Accounting.
• 2+ years in finance, financial systems, or systems interfacing with Finance or Oracle EPM/SQL.
• 2+ years in roles communicating with diverse groups inside/outside the business.
• 2+ years in finance/analyst with system configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven process improvement skills.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Financial System Manager to administer EPM setup, deployment, data, rules, and access.
• Support close and planning processes; test and apply improvements to production.
• Document functional/technical requirements from cross-functional teams during close.
• Identify future improvements to EPM applications to enhance usability and function.
• Coordinate updates, security, data uploads, and interfaces with Oracle Cloud patches.
• Provide stable monthly/quarterly reporting platform with end-user support.
• Develop, test, and maintain reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc queries; train users.

Position Overview

The Corporate Team is looking for a Global Finance Systems Analyst to perform key responsibilities assisting with the oversight of Brunswick’s enterprise-wide global financial reporting systems within the Oracle EPM suite. This position will be a key contributor to the team’s success and will have a wide range of responsibilities integral to the Corporate Team, reporting to the Manager of Financial Systems.

Essential Functions

• Partner with the Financial System Manager in managing enterprise-wide Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) application administration support. Maintain and configure consistent setup, deployment, architecture, data, rules, and access.
• Provide criticalassistanceduring close and planningprocesses,in making sure all EPM Application and interfaces are running per schedule. Assistin assessing current processes andidentifyingimprovements, test, and applying them toproduction.
• Interface with the different cross-functional teams during close process, Budget/Forecastprocessand projects to better understand their business requirements to document the functional and technicalrequirements.
• Work side by side with manager toidentifyfuture improvements to the different EPM applications supported by the team to further enhance processes, usage, and full functionality for the business users.
• Assistwith all updates, modifications, security, data uploads, metadata updates, and interfaces with Oracle Cloud updates and patches. Work cross functionally with Finance, Accounting, and IT, for all end-user requests and the impact on the application.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting,ITand end-users to provide a stable platform for monthly and quarterly reporting cycles asrequired. Supportmaintainingall associated documentation.
• Supports corporate-wide usersonday-to-day reportingand system issues.
• Provide primary support in the development, testing, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, integrations, Smart View Reports, and/or ad-hoc queries requested by users, and other tools asrequired.
• Provide User training asnecessary.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors orMastersdegree inBusiness, Business Information Systems, orAccounting
• 2+ years of experience in finance, financial systems, or systemsinterfacing withFinance field or development experience in Oracle EPM and SQL
• 2+ years of experience in a role withdemonstratedability to communicate with diverse groups of people inside and outside of thebusiness
• 2+ years of experience in finance or related field as an analyst with experience in system configuration, reporting, and integrations
• Proven ability to manage time and multiple priorities in a fast paced, demanding environment
• Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously
• Proven process Improvement skills
• Positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Mastersdegree in Businessor IT
• Oracle EPM Certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an administrator of EPBCS

The anticipated pay range for this position is$76,300-110,000 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
