Job summary

OKX is seeking a senior financial leader to head global finance operations across 15 countries, leading 30+ professionals and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting.

You will partner with regional executives on strategy, capital planning, and regulatory reporting while strengthening controls across crypto and fiat. A strong track record in multi-currency management is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Deep technical foundation in IFRS and US GAAP. CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent certifcation
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a cryptocurrency exchange, fintech, or financial services company.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and digital asset accounting.
• Expertise in financial regulations of various global jurisdictions (e.g., NYDFS, MAS, VARA, MiCA, FCA).
• Proven experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) and automation tools.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience managing multi-currency operations and intercompany transactions.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in multiple jurisdictions and work across different time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead global finance operations across 15 countries with 30+ professionals.
• Partner with regional C-suites on strategy, listings, and M&A; provide financial insights.
• Evaluate prices of decisions, unit economics, tax and regulatory costs.
• Tighten controls and risk frameworks across crypto and fiat, including SOX readiness.
• Own external relationships with regulators and banking partners.
• Standardize global finance policies and reporting architecture.
• Sit on leadership committees at global and local entity levels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional financial regulations and crypto market developments.
