Job summary

Deloitte Global is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, month-end close, and coordination of audits. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

You will work with the Global Finance team to deliver IFRS reporting, budgeting, and analytics, build strong relationships with internal clients and Deloitte firms, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with global

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Proven ability to build relationships, establish trust and motivate teams.
• Strong presenting skills to Senior Executives.
• Outstanding research, analytics and quantitative aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Close month-end, quarter-end and year-end with journal entries and audits.
• Prepare financial statements under IFRS and internal policies.
• Set up financial systems and metrics to measure status.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and analysis.
• Maintain internal controls and streamline processes.
• Support year-end external audit.
