Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking a senior Field CISO to serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor to enterprise customers across the Americas. The role requires leading executive-level discussions with CISOs, CIOs, boards, regulators, and business leaders, and translating emerging threats into actionable guidance.

You will support strategic sales with cybersecurity alignment and deliver thought leadership through events and media engagements.

• Serve as a trusted cybersecurity advisor for enterprise and strategic customers across the Americas.
• Lead executive-level cybersecurity discussions with CISOs, CIOs, boards, regulators, and business leaders.
• Translate emerging threats, geopolitical risks, AI‑driven threats, and industry trends into actionable business guidance.
• Support strategic sales engagements by aligning cybersecurity strategy with customer business objectives.
• Deliver thought leadership through keynotes, executive briefings, industry events, webinars, and media engagements.
• Collaborate with sales, product, threat intelligence, marketing, and executive leadership teams.
• Help shape cybersecurity messaging, customer strategy, and executive engagement programs.
• Build long‑term trusted relationships with senior security leaders and industry influencers.
• Provide feedback from the field to product and leadership teams regarding customer priorities and market trends.
• Mentor internal teams and contribute to the evolution of the global Field CISO program.
• Work with product managers, business, and other teams at Check Point.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including leadership or advisory roles.
• Previous experience as a CISO, Deputy CISO, Field CISO, security executive, or senior security architect is preferred.
• Experience working with global enterprises and regulated industries.
• Public speaking and media experience.
• Existing executive relationships within the cybersecurity community.
• Familiarity with the current threat landscape and AI‑driven cyber risks.
• Relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCISO, etc.) are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Americas market landscape.
• Prior experience in Financial Services is considered an advantage.
• A problem solver capable of finding creative solutions and driving execution.

Preferred qualifications

• A strong background in additional verticals beyond Financial Services, such as telecommunications (TELCOs).
• A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• A passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Preferred location on the Northeast Coast, within proximity to New York City.
