Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Senior Manager, FCC Program Management to lead a multi-year transformation of the global financial crime framework. You will shape the operating model, drive cross-functional delivery, and ensure changes stick in BAU while coordinating with senior leaders across products and regions.

Based in London, this hybrid role requires deep experience in financial services or fintech transformation, a track record of delivering complex programs, and strong executive communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large, multi-workstream transformation programs in financial services or fintech.
• Direct experience in financial crime program change (AML/CTF, sanctions, FCC operations, monitoring).
• Practical use of AI, automation, and modern tools to improve program planning, reporting, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global, multi-year FCC transformation across operating model, process, systems, testing, and controls.
• Build and drive the roadmap with clear sequencing across priorities, dependencies, and risks.
• Use AI, automation, and data tools to improve FCC program tracking, reporting, and delivery across global workstreams.
• Run governance across working groups, SteerCos, RAID, and executive updates.
• Work hands-on with FCC and cross-functional leaders to turn complexity into clear plans and actions.
• Define success measures and ensure smooth transition into BAU.
