Haddad Brands, a leader in the children's apparel industry, seeks a Sr. Fabric and Wash Development Manager to oversee the product development process for a brand, coordinating with design, sourcing and suppliers to deliver trend-right fabrics and washes from concept to production.

You will manage timelines, costs and collaboration across global partners, ensuring milestones are met while maintaining PLM libraries and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business, Fashion Merchandising or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sourcing or fabric development (denim and wash development experience required).
• Ability to travel as needed up to 40% and work with international partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee wash and fabric development with factories and sample room to shorten lead times.
• Conduct market research on trends and data related to Levi's fabrics and washes.
• Source seasonal design requests with fabrics, trims, and washes within sourcing and pricing matrices.
