Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking an Executive Protection Agent in Waco, Texas, to safeguard a high-profile client through advance planning, protective operations, and real-time decision-making.

The role involves coordinating with drivers, supporting travel and events, maintaining protective coverage, and reporting incidents. A Texas Level 4 license and five years of experience are required. This is an on-site, full-time position with opportunities to work with a global security team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of executive protection experience.
• Texas Level 4 Security License and LTC/HR218.
• Defensive/protective driving skills preferred.
• Professional client service skills for executive-facing protection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advance planning and threat/vulnerability assessments for travel and events.
• Provide close protection and protective support during movements.
• Coordinate with the Executive Driver and local resources for secure arrivals and departures.
• Prepare and maintain reports (suspicious activity, incident, shift logs).
• Maintain and operate protective equipment and vehicles.
