Job summary

Mattel is seeking an Executive Protection Manager to lead global protective operations for senior leaders. You will drive risk assessments, travel security, and protective intelligence processes while coordinating with cross-functional partners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in executive protection, corporate security, military, or law enforcement; 3+ years in managerial roles.
• Strong collaborative leadership and crisis management abilities; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead global executive protection and protective intelligence operations for senior leadership.
• Develop and implement security plans for executive travel, residences, and events.
• Coordinate crisis response activities and ongoing governance of protection programs.
• Partner with executives, assistants, HR, facilities, legal, and security teams to ensure secure operations.
