You will lead the development of a three-year Executive Program and collaborate across event, agency, and demand-gen teams to scale our portfolio.

The role requires 8+ years in event marketing for B2B tech, proven success managing multi-million budgets, and strong cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of event marketing and production in B2B tech.
• Experience managing budgets over $5M.
• Ability to build and execute multi-program event roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Drive event production and strategy for flagship external and internal events while shaping a three-year Executive Program strategy.
• Partner with event, agency, creative, sponsorship, and demand gen teams to execute 6+ major global programs annually.
• Develop Executive Program strategy, audience segmentation, and measurement frameworks.
• Own reporting on attendance, engagement, and pipeline for flagship and regional events, building repeatable playbooks.
