Job summary

Daybreaker is seeking a dedicated Event Producer & Community Architect to lead in-city experiences and grow a passionate, engaged community. You will find venues, source performers, and build a volunteer production team to deliver monthly events that embody Daybreaker’s energetic, wellness-focused ethos.

You will collaborate with the HQ team for coaching, branding, and logistics while cultivating local partnerships to expand the Daybreaker footprint.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial mindset and independence in project delivery.
• Several years of large-scale event production experience.
• Strong network of influencers, creatives, and doers for amazing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Source venues, secure talent and performers for events.
• Build and lead a volunteer production team for each city.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and local partners.
• Produce monthly events with the global Daybreaker framework.
• Provide strategy and creative direction to ensure memorable experiences.
