PCI Pharma Services in Philadelphia seeks a seasoned Project Manager with extensive global ERP implementation experience to lead large, cross‑functional programs spanning Finance, Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay and Supply Chain.

You will apply end‑to‑end SDLC expertise (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps), manage risks and stakeholders, and drive on‑time, on‑budget delivery in a fast‑paced pharmaceutical environment. A PMP certification and proficiency with MS Project/Smartsheet are preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of large-scale Global ERP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex projects/programs, managing risks, issues, scope, schedule, and cost across workstreams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Act as PMO liaison between Business Function Owners, Global Process Owners, and IT teams to ensure alignment with SDLC disciplines.
• Collect, report, and present project progress, deliverables, and RAID status to stakeholders.
• Maintain project cadence and communications across workstreams and leadership.
