Qualifications

• BA/BS with strong academics and leadership experience.
• Graduate student status with expected completion in 2028.
• Basic experience in a related financial field preferred.
• Excellent teamwork balanced with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across departments based on interest and firm needs (research, client service, business development, systems, investment technology).
• Work on thoughtfully designed projects with mentors guiding each rotation.
• Gain exposure to investment management and client-facing processes.
