A leading automotive aftermarket company is seeking a Global Environmental Manager to drive the development and implementation of environmental programs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in manufacturing. Responsibilities include leading global initiatives, mentoring teams, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. This position is based in Harrisonburg, Virginia with potential travel requirements.

The Global Environmental Manager is responsible for executing key elements of DRiV's global environmental strategy. This role leads the development and implementation of environmental programs that align with international regulations, corporate sustainability goals, and industry best practices. The manager will drive initiatives to reduce environmental impact while supporting operational excellence across DRiV's global footprint.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline (required).
Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of environmental management experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing air, water, and waste-related risks.
