Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Advise on project development and financing across energy, infrastructure, natural resources and transport sectors.
• Advise on project and financing documentation, public‑private partnerships, multi‑source financings, risk allocation and regulatory matters.
• Represent sponsors, lenders, governments, contractors and investors on greenfield and brownfield projects worldwide.
