  • Experience working within a corporate Global Mobility function.
  • Working knowledge of mobility pillars across tax, immigration, relocation and business traveler compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of global mobility programs and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee mobility programs across the Americas, addressing tax, immigration, relocation, and cross-border remote work requirements.
  • Manage specialized programs such as temporary relocations, remote work and crisis management scenarios.
  • Collaborate with vendors to advise on cross-border mobility matters, including mobile equity compliance and executive cases.
  • Ensure compliance with global mobility policies, processes, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Manage global mobility vendors, governance activities, and resolve escalations.
  • Develop and enhance global mobility policies, governance frameworks, and processes to support business objectives.
  • Support strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, workforce integrations, and organizational transformations.
  • Independently contribute to key projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and evolve HPE's global mobility programs with scalable solutions.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Global Employee Mobility Program Specialist to join our Global Employee Mobility team. This role can be based in the United States or Singapore. The role is expected to be onsite.

In this role, you will support employee mobility strategy and programs across the Americas region, partnering with HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and external vendors to support a globally mobile workforce. You will provide strategic guidance across tax, immigration, relocation, and business traveler compliance matters, advise on complex mobility issues, drive policy and program enhancements, and help shape the future of HPE's award-winning global mobility program. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, collaborating across global teams, and identifying innovative ways to improve programs and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee mobility programs across the Americas, partnering with global subject matter experts to address tax, immigration, relocation, business traveler compliance, and cross-border remote work requirements
  • Manage specialized programs such as temporary relocations, remote work and crisis management scenarios.
  • Collaborate with vendors to advise on complex mobility matters, including cross-border scenarios, mobile equity compliance, executive cases, mergers and acquisitions, and other specialized situations requiring consultation.
  • Ensure compliance with global mobility policies, processes, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage global mobility vendors, governance activities, and resolve complex employee and business escalations.
  • Develop and enhance global mobility policies, governance frameworks, and operational processes to support business objectives while responding to evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, workforce integrations, and organizational transformations.
  • Independently contribute to key projects and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance, operational effectiveness, and employee experience.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and evolve HPE's global mobility programs through innovative, practical, and scalable solutions.
Education & Experience
  • University degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 6+ years of Global Mobility experience supporting complex mobility programs within a global organization.
  • Experience working within a corporate Global Mobility function.
  • Working knowledge of all related mobility pillars across tax, immigration, relocation and business traveler compliance is strongly preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of global mobility programs, including immigration, relocation, international assignments, business traveler compliance, cross-border remote work, and related mobility requirements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong vendor management, governance, and risk management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems and implement creative, practical, and scalable solutions.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder groups to provide consultative guidance on complex risk and compliance matters.
