Job summary

CACI is seeking an Email Services Specialist to support the DIA mission under the CIS contract. You will deploy, operate, and maintain Microsoft Exchange, Outlook, and related security controls in a 24/7 global environment.

Responsibilities include incident analysis, maintenance, patch management, and ensuring compliance with IC, DoDIIS, DoD, and Federal requirements while coordinating with engineering teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret SCI clearance with the ability to obtain poly prior to start.
• Microsoft Certified Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• DOD 8140 Certification applicable to role (minimum Security+)
• An AA and 14+ years of experience, BS/BA and 12+ years of experience, MS/MA and 10+ years of experience, or PhD and 8+ years of experience
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience integrating, operating, and maintaining IT hardware and software solutions
• Willingness to learn new skills and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and maintain Microsoft Exchange and Outlook configurations and related retention, archiving, and integrations.
• Monitor email system usage, including security classifications and audits.
• Ensure availability, resiliency, and reliability of email components per SLAs.
• Manage PKI-based authentication and policy implementations for devices and backend services.
• Perform Tier 3 incident analysis, troubleshooting, and break/fix activities.
• Maintain patch management for email infrastructure across networks and security domains.
• Collaborate with Engineering and stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure operability goals.
