Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on electronic assembly manufacturing experience.
• Experience in PCB panel singulation and conformal coating processes.
• Familiarity with IPCA610 standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain deep expertise in electronic assembly processes.
• Develop and deploy global electronic assembly process standards.
• Lead equipment selection and manage capital projects.
• Partner with design teams on assembly considerations.

Skills
