Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Manassas, VA seeks a GLOBAL EHS & SUSTAINABILITY SR AUDIT PROGRAM MANAGER to lead EHS&S audits, ensure ISO and regulatory compliance, and drive AI-enabled improvements across global sites.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and develop corrective actions to strengthen our audit program and sustainability initiatives. The role requires international travel, advanced data analytics, and strong communication across cultures.

Qualifications

• Minimum a B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Accredited ISO 14001/45001/50001 lead auditor training or equivalent.
• Experience auditing EHS&S in multinational manufacturing environments.
• Experience applying AI workflows to audit processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct EHS&S audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate audit schedules across international sites with internal and external partners.
• Develop corrective action plans and ensure timely follow-up audits.
• Participate in nonconformity reviews and root-cause analysis.
• Analyze audit data to identify trends and improve program effectiveness.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to enhance audit planning and risk assessment.
• Improve connectivity between EHS&S systems and other business functions.
