Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field.
• 5–7+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge across core EHS disciplines: compliance, industrial hygiene, incident investigation, permitting.
• Professional certification such as CSP, ASP or CHMM preferred.
• Proven ability to influence, communicate across levels, and drive cultural change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EHS strategies with metrics, engagement initiatives and communication plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across U.S. and international operations and oversee reporting systems.
• Lead risk assessments, change management and business continuity planning.
• Manage audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement while maintaining ISO 14001.
• Mentor and lead EHS team members and partner cross-functionally with engineering and operations.
