Job summary

You will lead safety programs, mentor staff, and coordinate with sites worldwide to achieve ambitious safety goals while staying compliant with regulations. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Health & Safety or related technical discipline with minimum 10 years EH&S experience, or an advanced degree with 7 years.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite; ability to deliver data analysis and executive dashboards.
• Bias toward a hands-on approach and cross-functional collaboration; able to operate in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute a global safety strategy with operations and engineering.
• Lead safety programs such as machine guarding and robotics.
• Deliver EH&S initiatives, reports, and training for compliance.
• Influence stakeholders to improve safety metrics and targets.
• Coordinate site EH&S professionals to boost safety performance.
• Mentor safety staff and update training materials.
