Job summary
DRiV is seeking an EHS Systems & Data Analyst Manager to own the global EHS technology platforms, drive data governance, analytics, and digital solutions across DRiV and Performance Solutions operations.
You will lead the end-to-end EHS digital lifecycle, including platform strategy, configuration, integration, and data quality, to deliver accurate, decision-ready information for leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience administering SaaS in global manufacturing.
- Experience with EHS processes, compliance systems, or BI tools.
- Experience leading software implementations and UAT.
- Experience managing tiered support and SLAs.
- Experience across business, EHS, IT, and vendor teams globally.
Responsibilities
- Establish governance for system ownership and data access.
- Maintain global platform standards and deployment consistency.
- Coordinate upgrades, testing, release readiness and stabilization.
- Lead UAT with regional stakeholders and coordinate fixes.
- Translate business requirements into technical specs.
- Maintain backlog and roadmap aligned with needs.
- Coordinate integrations with enterprise IT and other platforms.
