Job summary

Henkel is seeking an intern in Westlake, Ohio to contribute to eCommerce and digital sales initiatives within the Adhesive Technologies unit. You’ll conduct market research, analyze data, and collaborate with global retail partners to identify opportunities.

You’ll learn how to communicate with customers, organize cross-functional projects with finance, operations, and marketing, and develop strategic insights.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a senior, master's, graduate, or MBA student in Business Administration or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and create solutions.
• Data analysis skills to interpret trends and inform decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for cross-team collaboration.
• Strong presentation skills to share updates with impact.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on ecommerce trends to identify new opportunities.
• Gain exposure to a global manufacturing environment and collaborate with retailers.
• Communicate with customers, understand market demands, and support revenue initiatives.
• Organize and manage team meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
