Job summary

Corza Medical seeks a Director or Sr. Director to lead downstream marketing and commercial enablement for the Wound Closure portfolio. You will translate global brand strategy into field-ready plans, drive sales assets, and govern digital and print collateral to accelerate surgeon adoption and revenue growth.

You will define medical education roadmaps, onboard KOLs, and ensure compliant advisory boards. Travel up to 30% is expected in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or clinical/scientific degree preferred.
• 10+ years in medical device marketing, sales enablement, or medical education.
• Proven leadership in downstream marketing with P&L impact and education programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global downstream marketing strategy and execution for Wound Closure.
• Direct sales enablement assets, playbooks, and collateral governance.
• Oversee medical education strategy, KOL network, and compliant programs.
• Own field enablement, onboarding materials, and training effectiveness.
• Drive campaign activation, launches, and performance measurement.
