Job summary

AIG is seeking a Senior Security Program Manager in New Jersey to lead the GSOC's global monitoring, intelligence, and response program. You will report to the Chief Security Officer and shape strategic priorities for protecting employees, facilities, and the corporate brand.

You will partner with Human Resources, Legal, Real Estate, Facilities, Communications, and Technology to align security priorities, manage budgets, and mentor a high-performing team across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years of experience managing a team of analysts or equivalent.
• Experience across multiple markets and strong network of intelligence resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead AIG's global monitoring, intelligence, and response program with strategic priorities and long-term capabilities.
• Serve as principal security advisor to leadership and key stakeholders on geopolitical developments and threats.
• Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and program maturity for security capabilities.
• Evaluate and optimize org design, processes, and technology stacks to meet objectives.
• Set direction and governance for security platforms supporting protection, incidents, and travel risk.
• Develop relationships with HR, Legal, Real Estate, Facilities, Communications, Technology, and leadership to align priorities.
• Manage the security team's budget and ensure value delivery.
• Mentor GSOC leaders and foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Represent Global Security in enterprise initiatives and external engagements.
• Maintain ties to global security experts and benchmark against industry standards.
