Qualifications

• 10+ years in international business development or global sales within medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of US and European medical markets.
• Experience with distributors and indirect sales channels.
• Proven track record with strategic accounts and multi-year growth programs.
• Regulatory and quality knowledge (ISO 13485) with global perspective.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture global market opportunities through partnerships with medical manufacturers and providers.
• Translate opportunities into go-to-market plans and cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D.
• Build and nurture relationships with medical OEMs and hospital networks; lead product introductions.
• Drive end-to-end deal lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Lead market intelligence, VOC, trend tracking, and competitive benchmarking.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Regulatory, and Quality Assurance to align offerings.
• Stay current with regulatory, reimbursement policies, and industry trends in medical devices.
• Manage an executive-level network across medical devices and hospital sectors.
