Job summary

Kyowa Kirin North America seeks a dynamic Director, IT Quality, Compliance and Technology Assurance. You will own the enterprise technology assurance program across GxP and non-GxP systems, leading the CSA CoE to support safe, compliant, scalable technology delivery.

Responsibilities include defining assurance points, guiding IT, Quality, and business leadership, and ensuring audit-ready artefacts while enabling business agility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business field required.
• Advanced degree in IT or Engineering preferred.
• At least 15 years of technology assurance/IT quality experience in regulated industries (pharma/life sciences).

Responsibilities

• Define the global technology assurance strategy for GxP and non-GxP systems.
• Lead the CSA Centre of Excellence and ensure independent QA oversight.
• Engage CIO, IT leadership, and QA in governance forums.
• Balance regulatory rigor with business pragmatism and drive risk-based decisions.
• Provide guidance on methodology, interpretation, and regional consistency.
