Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management.
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven experience owning commodity strategy for hardware components.
• Strong experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, and Finance teams.
• Ability to influence and align across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sourcing professionals for networking hardware.
• Define and execute global commodity strategies for cost optimization.
• Drive strategic partnerships and performance management with suppliers.
• Support product development with supplier selection and RFx processes.
• Negotiate supply agreements and pricing structures aligned with Oracle standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
