Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Director of Product Management for the Molecular Portfolio (One Lambda) in California. You will lead global strategy, portfolio management, and commercialization of molecular diagnostics for transplant medicine.

Define product vision, roadmap, and cross-functional execution to deliver differentiated assays and solutions that improve patient outcomes. You will manage P&L, guide global teams, and partner across functions to drive growth in NGS, PCR, genotyping

Qualifications

Advanced degree in science, engineering, or business-related field.
6+ years in progressive product management in life sciences.
5+ years of people leadership experience.
Experience with IVD product development and commercialization.
Strong financial and strategic analytics.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, roadmaps and portfolio strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize molecular diagnostic solutions.
Manage P&L and drive revenue growth.
Translate customer needs into product requirements.
Travel up to 30% internationally.
