You’ll drive HR planning, leadership development, and inclusion initiatives, while leveraging analytics to shape outcomes and enable business results within a matrix, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
• Experience in a matrix and global environment.
• Proven ability to influence, lead, and transform.
• Strong understanding of business and financial drivers with a track record of enabling business results.
• Experience in the medical devices industry is preferred.

• Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR plans aligned with business needs.
