Job summary

You will drive budgeting, risk management, and program metrics while collaborating with global commercial teams.

Qualifications

• BS/BE in relevant engineering or scientific area with extensive experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global or enterprise-wide device programs.
• End-to-end development experience with capital equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple complex teams and processes to deliver key accountabilities.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas and understanding of regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of integrated device development project plans.
• Drive budgeting and resource deployment (OPEX/spend, CAPEX, FTE).
• Represent the device team at governance bodies and prepare analyses for reviews.
• Collaborate with GPTs and cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards; manage project risk.
