NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Global Supply Chain Category Manager to lead the OFCI equipment program for worldwide data center construction.

This role partners with design, construction, project controls, and operations to align supply chain strategies with global build schedules and capacity targets. You will standardize processes across regions, manage multi-year forecasts, and drive cost reductions while ensuring on-time delivery of critical mechanical and electrical

Qualificações

• Knowledge of best practice procurement processes for mechanical, electrical and data-center equipment.
• Experience negotiating terms, pricing, cost adjustments, supplier qualification, vendor selection and logistics.
• Strong communication and analytical skills for presenting demand forecasts to senior leadership.
• Ability to present complex options to Senior Management for decision support.
• Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Experience with data center construction and capital supply chains.
• Proven ability to reduce costs and time-to-market YOY.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute optimized supply chain strategies for OFCI equipment.
• Manage all phases of procurement lifecycle: market intel, projections, sourcing, supplier selection, contracts, supplier management.
• Standardize processes across regions for scalability and consistency.
• Translate pipeline into long-range procurement plans for equipment.
• Collaborate with Design to apply GRD standards and manage changes.
• Share procurement status and lead times with project controls and finance.
• Drive cost reductions, reduce lead times, and mitigate risks.
• Monitor market trends and emerging tech for opportunities.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Build partnerships with strategic suppliers to secure capacity.
• Implement global supplier performance management with KPIs and SBRs.
• Coordinate with regional managers on demand planning and pricing.
