The ideal candidate will have over seven years in data management, a strong foundation in data quality frameworks, and excellent communication skills. The position offers a salary range of $160,000 - $185,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Seven (7)+ years of experience in data management, data quality, or governance roles.
• Experience defining and implementing data quality metrics and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of master data management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the firm’s data quality and master data management program.
• Establish, enforce, and improve data quality standards and KPIs.
• Drive accountability for data quality by partnering with business stakeholders.
