A leading energy solutions company is seeking a Global Data Center Technical Program Manager to drive innovation in data center solutions. The role involves a systems-based approach, engaging with major customers, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The position allows remote work but candidates must be located in specific regions. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in data center operations, technical program management, and excellent communication skills, along with a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience in the field.
Eaton’s ES AMER Sector Integration division is currently seeking a Global Data Center Technical Program Manager. Individuals will be able to work from a remote home office but must be located in either San Jose, CA, Dallas-Fort Worth, TX or Manassas, VA areas.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $141,000 - $259,440 per year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

This external-facing position at the sector level drives unified data center solutions, coordinating internal innovation across multiple disciplines while interfacing with end customers. It serves as a systems engineering leader with a hybrid role encompassing R&D, Marketing, and Sales. Focus will be on process improvement and project management.
