NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Global Supply Chain Category Manager to lead OFCI equipment procurement for international data center construction. You will shape supply chain strategies, standardize processes, and collaborate across design, project controls, and operations to drive cost efficiency and on-time delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute optimized supply chain strategies for OFCI equipment supporting global DC construction.
• Plan and execute all phases of the procurement life cycle including market intelligence, multi-year projections, sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiations, supplier management and CIP.
• Standardize sourcing and procurement processes across global regions to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Translate construction pipeline and capacity roadmaps into long-range procurement plans for key equipment (generators, UPS systems, switchgear, chillers, cooling towers, CRAC/CRAH units, transformers, busways).
• Collaborate with Design team to incorporate Global Reference Design (GRD) standards into all sourcing strategies and manage change effectively.
• Partner with project controls and finance to share procurement status, contract pricing and lead times, ensuring transparency and cost accountability.
• Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, lead times, and mitigate risks.
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage; mitigate risks related to supply continuity and geopolitical disruptions.
• Build and maintain partnerships with critical strategic suppliers to secure production capacity and priority delivery; implement supplier management program with cross-regional leaders.
• Develop and implement a global standard supplier performance management program, including SBRs, KPIs, and sustainability-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with Regional Category Managers on demand planning, sourcing strategies, vendor selection, allocation strategies, and late delivery mitigation.
• Collaborate with Regional Category Managers to ensure consistent execution of global program standards with KPI data for dashboards.
• Be an escalation point for Regional Category Managers to address supply chain issues with suppliers and lead resolution efforts.
• Team with Facilities Engineering and Operations to align GDC strategies and integration plans for commissioning, warranty, maintenance, and obsolescence.
• Develop early engagement and pre-qualification strategies for suppliers in new markets using standard processes.
• Implement total cost of ownership (TCO) models to drive lifecycle cost optimization.
• Drive digital transformation of the capital equipment supply chain using advanced planning tools and analytics.
