Job summary

EOS IT Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end deployment programs for data center and edge hardware installations.

You will own project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, direct onsite technicians, manage customer requirements, and ensure thorough documentation and successful project closeout. This role emphasizes clear communication, risk management, and adherence to safety and site rules across multi-site deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical project/program management in data center deployments or infrastructure.
• Experience managing onsite execution teams and cross-functional workstreams.
• Strong customer-facing communication and requirement management.
• Working knowledge of data center hardware deployment concepts.
• Strong documentation skills and structured delivery (RAID logs, schedules, meeting notes, MOPs/checklists).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment programs for data center and edge hardware installations.
• Own project plan, milestones, RAID logs, and change control processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and onsite technician execution.
• Manage customer requirements, status updates, risks, and closeout documentation.
• Oversee onsite deployment activities including rack, cabling, power checks.
• Translate customer needs into actionable tasks for engineering, logistics, and vendors.
• Maintain project documentation and deliverables throughout execution.
