• 7+ years of analytics/operations/product/engineering experience in deadline-driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced SQL and Python for data analysis and automation.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and dashboards with BI tools (Tableau).
• Proven use of AI tools to boost productivity across projects.
• Strong statistical analysis applied to business problems.
• End-to-end analytics project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, data science, engineering, and product teams on AI-first analytical strategies.
• Build, maintain, and optimize scalable data pipelines, dashboards, automated reports, and self-service tools.
• Champion adoption and integration of AI tooling within analytics workflows.
