Bose Corporation, a leader in audio technology, is seeking a Design to Launch Global Process Owner (D2L GPO) to drive end-to-end process architecture and governance across Bose's product lifecycle.

The role focuses on creating a scalable, data-driven framework that enables faster, more predictable launches, requiring influence across senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams worldwide. Outstanding leadership and enterprise-wide system thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Development, Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in technology product development, engineering, or operations.
• Experience with integrated hardware/software product development.
• Experience with stage-gate development and business cases.
• Experience working with internal/external partners and contract manufacturers.
• Ability to influence senior cross-functional leaders in a global matrix.
• Consumer electronics or hardware/software product experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own global D2L process architecture, governance, and roadmap.
• Integrate stage-gate with financial reviews and evolving business cases.
• Support platform-based and hybrid product development models.
• Define KPIs for development speed, quality, and launch readiness.
• Enable integration across PLM, ALM, ERP, and analytics.
• Lead change and adoption of D2L standards across the organization.
