Job summary

UL Solutions, a global safety science leader, seeks an entry-level Global Cybersecurity Governance Analyst I in Illinois. You will contribute to governance, risk, and compliance activities, assist with audits, and support awareness programs across the enterprise.

You'll coordinate with stakeholders, maintain policy repositories, and develop dashboards and executive reports. This role offers growth in GRC, exposure to security frameworks, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years in cybersecurity or IT.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, threats, and controls.
• Knowledge of GRC principles, processes, and frameworks.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for KnowBe4 Security Awareness platform.
• Develop, schedule, and monitor security awareness training campaigns and phishing simulations.
• Track completion rates, participation, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Support governance, risk, and compliance documentation and audits.
• Collaborate across cybersecurity, technology, legal, procurement, and business teams.
• Maintain governance records and identify process improvements.
