Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years in consulting, cyber, or related field
• Experience translating technical topics for policy and executive audiences
• Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Apply cyber threat intelligence, security operations, and incident-response knowledge when researching partner capabilities and planning engagements.
• Translate technical threat and incident information into clear materials for international partners and senior leaders.
• Coordinate inputs across technical, policy, legal, operational, and international-affairs teams.
• Prepare executive briefings, talking points, meeting books, and background papers.
• Plan and facilitate bilateral and multilateral meetings, workshops, and coordination sessions.
• Manage relationships with foreign government representatives and international organizations.
• Document decisions, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions and monitor progress.
