Job summary

Acrisure seeks an experienced Vice President of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance to build and lead the global cybersecurity governance, risk, and regulatory assurance function. You will translate risk into executive decisions and board visibility, owning governance, audits, and regulatory readiness for a fast-growing international fintech organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; CISSP, CISM, or CRISC strongly preferred; Master’s degree a plus.
10+ years in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance in regulated environments.
5+ years leading teams and influencing senior executives.
Proven ability to build scalable GRC programs in high growth or acquisitive settings.

Responsibilities

Own cyber governance, policy, and standards; develop and sustain a global operating model.
Lead enterprise cyber risk management, including risk ranking and executive reporting.
Drive regulatory readiness across NYDFS 500, FCA/DORA, with SOX/SEC prospects.
Oversee audits and examinations; coordinate evidence and remediation actions.
Define IT General Controls alignment (access governance, change management, logging, patching).
Lead M&A cyber due diligence and post-acquisition uplift.
