Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Principal Consultant to lead large, strategic advisory engagements with senior client leadership, driving maturity of cybersecurity programs and proactive incident readiness.

You’ll develop cutting-edge scenarios, deliver high-quality reports, and contribute to thought leadership through blogs and events. You will also help shape strategy across IT security, risk, and policy domains, while coordinating staffing and supporting business development efforts.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in IT/Security management consulting with executive relationships.
• Leadership in security program development and implementation (SOC/CSIRT/Fusion Center).
• Experience in security analysis, operations, and communicating results to senior leaders.
• Experience in risk analysis and applying organizational risk frameworks to cyber risks.
• Policy development experience in private or government sectors.
• Public/government affairs experience communicating with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead large and complex strategic advisory engagements with executive stakeholders.
• Assess and mature cybersecurity and incident response programs prior to incidents.
• Develop scenarios to exercise customer response capabilities and improve readiness.
• Produce high-quality written/verbal reports, presentations, and findings for management.
• Contribute thought leadership through blogs and public speaking; identify emerging trends.
• Manage internal programs and staffing for engagements; support business development.
